Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn
Chocolate calling your name? You’re not the only one so we came up with a simple 2-minute snack: Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn! With only 85 calories, it's packed with six grams of fiber. No muss, no fuss, just a snack you can feel good eating.
Chocolate Drizzled Popcorn:
- air-popped popcorn: 1 cup
- your favorite chocolate chips: 15 pieces
- pinch of salt (optional)
Put ½ tablespoon of unpopped kernels into a brown bag and fold the bag to seal the kernels (no oil needed!). Microwave for 1 ¾ minutes or until there are 2 second pauses between each pop. Lay out the popcorn onto a plate. Put chocolate chips in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle melted chocolate on popcorn and enjoy!
